📏 How to Measure Finger Size
Necessary materials
- Sewing ruler or tape measure with cm/mm and inch markings)
- Thread, thin string or strip of paper (about 15 cm)
- Marker pen
Method A: Measure an existing ring
1. Choose a ring that is comfortable on the finger in question.
2. Place it on the ruler and measure the internal diameter :
Ex.: 17.3 mm → 0.681 in
3. Consult the conversion table to find the corresponding size

Method B: Measure finger with string (circumference)
1. Wrap the string (or strip of paper) around the base of your finger, with slight resistance.
2. Mark the overlap point.
3. Stretch the string and measure
Ex.: 54.5 mm → 2.15 in
4. Check the correspondence in the table

Method C: Measure your finger with a flexible tape measure
1. Use the sewing tape measure, which already has cm/mm on one side and inches on the other .
2. Wrap it directly around your finger, at the base, without making it too tight or too loose.
3. Read the measurement where the tape is located:
Ex.: 5.45 cm (54.5 mm) and 2 ⅛ inches (approx.)
4. Check the correspondence in the table
